Our inspectors are experienced specialists, with a separate Structural Building Specialist and Termite Specialist on each inspection.

Each inspection requires two dedicated specialists in their field, providing detailed independent reports on Structural and Termite/Timber Pest Issues. Unlike many ‘All in One’ Building and Pest Inspectors who attempt to cover two specialities under the one banner, we provide you with two experienced and handpicked inspectors with a minimum of 4000 inspections.
